Below are the online terms and conditions of sale for ML Clothing.

How long will my delivery take?

UK MAINLAND

Standard Service

All UK deliveries will be sent by Special Delivery and are fully insured

Standard Delivery: 1 – 3 working days

Next Day Service

Next day service only available on orders placed before 12 o’clock noon on day of purchase.

International Delivery Service Also Available

Where can I find my tracking number for my order?

If you need to obtain your tracking information, call us on 01382 205015. Orders can only be tracked once you have received notification your order has been dispatched.

Can I change my delivery address?

Orders will only be shipped to the billing address (cardholders address) unless proof of identification can be supplied.

Accepted forms of identification;

  • Full / Provisional Drivers License
  • Passport
  • Bank / Credit Card Statement (within the last 3 months)


Once the order has been placed, proof of identification must be faxed to; 01382 20 50 15 or emailed to; mlsales@mlclothing.com (for use of proof I.D only)

Along with a cover letter stating your full name, order number and your shipping address.

On receipt of your identification, we will notify you via telephone / email to confirm your new delivery address.

What should I expect once I place my order?

Once you have placed an order on mlman.com you will receive a series of status update emails, ranging from;

  • Order Confirmation (this initial email will contain all the relative information regarding your order)
  • Payment Status (Accepted / Rejected / Refunded)
  • Items; Picked, Posted, Out of Stock


When contacting mlman.com regarding any aspect of your order, you must supply us with your Order Number / Transaction I.D and full name for us to assist you as efficiently as possible.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major Credit / Debit cards

Can I order over the telephone?

Yes, please call us on 01382 205015 with your order/payment details and one of our sales team will be happy to assist you.

Why has my payment been rejected?

If you receive notification that your payment has been rejected, please contact us on 01382 205015 with your Order Number to help resolve this issue.

I have received an ‘Out of Stock’ email, what happens to my payment?

If you receive an ‘out of stock’ email, your payment will be returned to your account at the time of the email being sent. Depending on your Bank, this can take up to 5 working days to appear in your account.

If your item is out of stock, we will aim to inform you within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

How do I return my order for exchange / refund?

If you want to return an item for exchange or refund, you must fully complete the returns form which would be received within your package. All returns must be in unworn condition, be in original packaging and have brand labels still attached. Any item with tags removed will not be accepted for refund. Garment inspections are carried out on all items returned.

  • Refunds will only be given within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • Exchanges will only be given within 14 days of receipt of order.

Please note that the original cost of postage / carrier will not be refunded if goods are returned.

At MLMAN we take your privacy very seriously and guarantee not to release your private information to anyone. All credit / debit transactions are carried out offline in store, so none of your information is ever held online. As a registered UK company, all the information we collect from you will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. To process your order successfully we will hold some of your details on a secure database. Subsequent to your order being processed successfully, all credit/debit information will be discarded from the database. mlman.com
